Global X Announces Launch of Bitcoin Covered Call ETF (BCCC)
June 4, 2025--Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X"), the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced the launch of its latest income fund, the Global X Bitcoin Covered Call ETF (BCCC). The actively managed fund leverages options strategies, seeking to generate income from writing options on Bitcoin exchange-traded products without the need for an investor to directly own the underlying asset.
"BCCC offers a strategic approach to Bitcoin exposure-unlike many ETFs that focus primarily either on price appreciation or maximizing income generation, the fund's covered call strategy seeks to balance both objectives," said Pedro Palandrani, Head of Product Research & Development.

Bastion Fiduciary Launches New Energy ETF (CBOE: BESF)
June 4, 2025--Today Bastion Fiduciary announced the launch of its first actively managed Exchange Traded Fund, the Bastion Energy ETF (CBOE: BESF).
BESF is an actively managed ETF that seeks long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated value-based investment strategy in the American energy sector that focuses on compounding long-term intrinsic value per share while seeking to maintain a margin of safety.
The fund is long-only, uses no leverage, and seeks to maintain a concentrated portfolio of twenty to thirty U.S. listed equity securities. The fund focuses primarily on oil and gas companies capable of generating attractive free cash flows through the cycle and may also include mining and metals, renewables, battery storage, and industrial companies on an opportunistic basis. Market capitalizations range from micro- to large-cap companies.

RBC iShares Expands iShares Core Offering with Launch of New ETFs
June 2, 2025--Today, RBC iShares expands its iShares Core exchange traded fund (ETF) lineup with the launch of two iShares ETFs (each an ''iShares Fund' and collectively, the 'iShares Funds').
The iShares Core S&P Total U.S. Stock Market Index ETF (XTOT) will provide investors with broad-based exposure to the total U.S. equity market, covering large-, mid-, small-, and micro-capitalized companies. The Board of Trustees of Tidal Trust III has determined that closing and liquidating the fund is in the best interest of the fund and its shareholders.
The Unity Wealth Partners Dynamic Capital Appreciation & Options ETF (the fund) will cease trading on the Nasdaq at the close of regular trading on June 13, 2025 (the "Closing Date"), and will no longer accept creation orders as of that date.
