Timothy Plan Announces Merger Reorganization of the Timothy Plan High Dividend Stock Enhanced ETF (TPHE) and the Timothy Plan High Dividend Stock ETF (TPHD)
August 6, 2025--On July 25, 2025, at the recommendation of Timothy Partners, Ltd., the Trust's investment adviser, the Board of Trustees of The Timothy Plan (the "Trust") approved the merger of the Timothy Plan High Dividend Stock Enhanced ETF (the "Acquired Fund") into the Timothy Plan High Dividend ETF (the "Acquiring Fund") each a series of the Trust (each of the Acquired Fund and Acquiring Fund may be referred to as a "Fund," and together, the "Funds") (the "Reorganization").
The Acquired Fund and the Acquiring Fund are each index funds and have similar, but not identical, principal investment strategies. The Funds are managed by the same investment adviser, investment sub-adviser and portfolio managers. The Reorganization is expected to close after market hours on October 3, 2025. The last day of trading in the security will be on or about October 3, 2025, and the security will be suspended in the pre-market on October 6, 2025.

Acting Chairman Pham Launches Listed Spot Crypto Trading Initiative
August 4, 2025--Stakeholders Invited to Provide Public Input by August 18
Commodity Futures Trading Commission Acting Chairman Caroline D. Pham announced today the CFTC will launch an initiative for trading spot crypto asset contracts that are listed on a CFTC-registered futures exchange (designated contract market or DCM).
This is the first initiative in the CFTC's crypto sprint to start implementation of the recommendations in the President's Working Group on Digital Asset Markets report. Acting Chairman Pham announced CFTC's crypto sprint last week.

SEC Permits In-Kind Creations and Redemptions for Crypto ETPs
July 29, 2025--The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted to approve orders to permit in-kind creations and redemptions by authorized participants for crypto asset exchange-traded product (ETP) shares.
The orders approved today reflect a departure from recently approved spot bitcoin and ether ETPs, which were limited to creations and redemptions on an in-cash basis.
With today's approval orders, bitcoin and ether ETPs, consistent with other commodity-based ETPs approved by the Commission, will be permitted to create and redeem shares on an in-kind basis.
"It's a new day at the SEC, and a key priority of my chairmanship is developing a fit-for-purpose regulatory framework for crypto asset markets," said SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins. "I am pleased the Commission approved these orders permitting in-kind creations and redemptions for a host of crypto asset ETPs. Investors will benefit from these approvals, as they will make these products less costly and more efficient."
