State Street Global Advisors Announces Adjustments to Net Asset Value Related to Receipt of Payments
August 6, 2015--The SPDR(R) Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) listed in the table below, announced today that each Fund's net asset value will be adjusted to reflect the receipt of payments related to certain class action settlements.
The total payment to be received by each Fund is listed below. When the Funds calculate their net asset value ("NAV") per share on Friday, August 7, 2015, it is estimated that the Fund's NAV will be impacted in the amounts stated below based on shares outstanding as of August 5, 2015.

AdvisorShares Will Close Accuvest Global Long/Short ETF
August 4, 2015--Exchange-traded funds sponsor AdvisorShares will close the AdvisorShares Accuvest Global Long Short ETF (AGLS) at the end of this week, according to a news release.
AdvisorShares partners with outside money managers to turn existing strategies into ETFs. Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Accuvest Global Advisors specializes in investment strategies that use single-country ETFs.

Van Eck(R) Global to Expand ETF Lineup with Acquisition of Master Limited Partnership (MLP) ETFs
Shareholders of two Yorkville ETFs to be asked to approve first of its kind exchange-traded fund reorganization
August 3, 2015--Van Eck Global has entered into an agreement with Yorkville ETF Advisers, LLC and Exchange Traded Concepts LLC relating to the Yorkville High Income MLP ETF (NYSE Arca: YMLP) and the Yorkville High Income Infrastructure MLP ETF (NYSE Arca: YMLI).
Pending approvals from shareholders of the existing ETFs and the boards of trustees of each of the Market Vectors ETF Trust and Exchange Traded Concepts Trust, YMLP and YMLI will be reorganized as the Market Vectors High Income MLP ETF and the Market Vectors High Income Infrastructure MLP ETF, respectively.

July 30, 2015--WeatherStorm Capital, a subsidiary of US-based investment fiirm Vident Financial, has launched the WeatherStorm Forensic Accounting Long-Short ETF (FLAG) on Nasdaq.

S. 1484, Financial Regulatory Improvement Act of 2015
July 29, 2015--S. 1484 would amend federal laws that regulate certain financial institutions and securities markets. Specifically, the legislation would change the process and procedures that federal regulators follow for determining which firms should be designated as systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs), and it would alter a number of provisions of current law that provide protection to consumers of financial products.
