LionShares Announces Liquidation of TOT

October 9, 2026--LionShares announces today the liquidation of the LionShares U.S. Equity Total Return ETF (NYSE Arca: TOT).
The Fund will allow creation and redemption of units through October 26,2026,which will be the last day of trading on the NYSE Arca,Inc.

On or about October 28,2026,the Fund will cease operations,liquidate assets and prepare to distribute proceeds to shareholders of record.

October 5, 2026-Corgi Invest today announced the launch of the MN (Corgi MANGOS ETF), an actively managed exchange-traded fund seeking to provide investors exposure to OpenAI and Anthropic, two private companies in artificial intelligence, alongside Meta Platforms, NVIDIA, Alphabet (Google), and SpaceX. MANGOS is an acronym formed from the first letter of each of the six companies' names.
