Seit Donnerstag ist ein Rentenindex-ETF in den drei währungsgesicherten Anteilsklassen auf den Referenzindex Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Bond-Index des Emittenten State Street Global Advisors über Xetra und Börse Frankfurt handelbar.
Mit dem neuen Rentenindex-ETF, SPDR Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Bond UCITS ETF, können Anleger an der Wertentwicklung des globalen Anleihemarktes partizipieren. Der Referenzindex umfasst über 21.000 Wertpapiere von mehr als 2.400 Emittenten in 24 Währungen aus mehr als 60 Ländern. Alle Anleihen verfügen über ein Investment-Grade-Rating.

Ossiam launches smart beta fixed-income ETF tracking Solactive Moody's Analytics IG EUR Select Credit Index
February 14, 2018--Ossiam, the leading smart beta investment management firm and affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, has listed the Ossiam Solactive Moody's Analytics IG EUR Select Credit ETF (MOOC FP) on Euronext Paris.

DRIVERS OF UK WAGE GROWTH1
Since the financial crisis, nominal wage growth has been much weaker than during the previous
decade. This chapter finds that the main factors behind the slowdown include weak productivity
growth, labor market slack (both in the UK and the EU), and low inflation.
We consider broader measures of labor market slack including a newly constructed measure of underemployment, aiming to capture labor market pressures more accurately than the headline unemployment rate. This measure signals limited labor market slack in 2017, which should support wage growth going forward.

Deutsche AM unveils US HY corporate bond ETF
February 14, 2018--Deustche Asset Management has expanded its x-trackers range with the launch of a US dollar high yield corporate bond ETF.
The new fund, formally called the db x-trackers USD High Yield Corporate Bond Ucits ETF, was officially launched on 9 February.

ESMA launches Interactive Single Rulebook
February 14, 2018--The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) is launching its Interactive Single Rulebook, which is a new service for market participants and other interested stakeholders across the European Union.
The tool is launched today with the Level 1 text of the UCITS Directive, and links to all relevant Level 2 and Level 3 measures already available elsewhere on ESMA's website.

Tradeweb European Exchange-Traded Funds Update-January 2018
February 13, 2018--The following data is derived from trading activity on the Tradeweb European-listed ETF platform.
ETF total traded volume
January proved to be a record-breaking month for the Tradeweb European ETF marketplace, with total traded volume just shy of €20 billion, up 12% from the platform's previous best performance in May 2017.
The share of European ETF transactions processed via Tradeweb's Automated Intelligent Execution tool (AiEX) remained high at 29%.

February 13, 2018--This initiative from UK crypto companies could set a standard for a global approach to regulating cryptocurrency.
At a time when numerous governments and organisations across the world are calling for cryptocurrency regulation, crypto companies in the UK have stepped forward.
Coinbase, BlockEx, CoinShares, CEX.IO, eToro, CryptoCompare and CommerceBlock have banded together to create a regulatory body to represent the whole sector.

HANetf hires sales director from Deutsche AM
February 12, 2018--Reporting to Hector McNeil, co-CEO of HANetf, Patterson will be responsible for promoting and selling funds on the firm's platform to UK and Irish clients.
He brings over ten years' experience in ETF distribution, most recently at Deutsche AM where he was head of UK wholesale distribution, responsible for developing the UK coverage of ETPs and strategic-beta funds.

Eurex-MSCI offering expanded to include exposure to Korea
February 12, 2018--January saw Eurex MSCI products get off to a great start in 2018. Due to the advancing roll period, open interest in many established products and several new ones have gained traction, most notably in the MSCI U.S. products.
Open interest across all MSCI Futures and Options has grown by almost 10 percent since December 2017-which is a significant development given that the latter was a record month for us. Growth is even greater on the volumes on the options side: almost 86 percent was increased since December 2017. In the futures contract, over 34 percent increase was recorded in comparison with same period in January 2017.
