Horizons ETFs announces changes to the Horizons Morningstar Hedge Fund Index ETF
May 12, 2016--Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. (collectively "Horizons ETFs"), effective immediately, has assumed all portfolio management responsibilities for the HAP Nexus Hedge Fund Replication Trust, which is the reference fund for the Horizons Morningstar Hedge Fund Index ETF ("HHF" or the "ETF").
The investment objective of HHF remains unaffected.

Columbia Threadneedle Investments to Acquire Emerging Global Advisors
Acquisition will accelerate the company's Smart Beta efforts
May 11, 2016--Columbia Threadneedle Investments today announced an agreement for Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC to acquire Emerging Global Advisors, LLC (EGA), a New York-based registered investment adviser and a leading provider of smart beta portfolios focused on emerging markets.
The acquisition will significantly expand the smart beta capabilities of Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
Terms of the EGA acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close later this year.

CBO-The 2016 Budget Outlook
May 11, 2016--In 2016, the federal budget deficit will increase, in relation to the size of the economy, for the first time since 2009, according to CBO’s estimates.
If current laws generally remained unchanged, the deficit would grow over the next 10 years, and by 2026 it would be considerably larger than its average over the past 50 years, CBO projects. Debt held by the public would also grow significantly from its already high level.

May 10, 2016--Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. ("Horizons ETFs") is pleased to announce the launch of the Horizons Canadian Dollar Currency ETF ("CAN"), which will provide investors with low cost, long exposure to the Canadian dollar, relative to the U.S. dollar.
Units of the exchange traded fund ("ETF") will begin trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") in Canadian dollars under the ticker symbol "CAN".

CBO-Monthly Budget Review for April 2016
May 6, 2016--The federal budget deficit was $352 billion for the first seven months of fiscal year 2016, the Congressional Budget Office estimates-$69 billion more than the shortfall recorded in the same span last year.
Outlays were 4 percent higher than they were at this time last year and receipts were 1 percent higher. If not for shifts in the timing of certain payments (which otherwise would have occurred on a weekend), the deficit for the first seven months of fiscal year 2016 would have been $28 billion larger than it was last year.

Citigroup Announces Early Redemption of its C-Tracks ETN Based on the Citi Volatility Index Total Return
May 6, 2016--Citigroup Inc. announced today that it will early redeem its C-Tracks Exchange-Traded Notes Based on the Citi Volatility Index Total Return (NYSE Arca: CVOL) Due November 12, 2020 on May 24, 2016.
Citigroup expects to deliver notice via The Depository Trust Company of the early redemption of CVOL no later than May 10, 2016. Investors will receive a cash payment per ETN equal to the sum of the index exposure and notional cash amount determined over the Mandatory Redemption Valuation Period.
