Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), a leading global asset management firm, announced today that it will expand its active ETF platform by layering an options income strategy over two of its most well-known and high demand investment offerings.

AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) and AllianceBernstein L.P. ("AB"), a leading global investment management firm, announced today the launch of AB International Low Volatility Equity ETF (ILOW) as an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) on the New York Stock Exchange. Industry figures have expressed scepticism over plans by BlackRock to extend the scope of the fast-growing exchange traded fund industry into the world of illiquid private assets.
BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager with $10.5tn of assets under management, unveiled the £2.55bn acquisition of Preqin, a UK-based private markets data group, earlier this month.
