Strive Asset Management and Asset Entities (Nasdaq: ASST) Announce $750M Private Investment to Fund First Wave of Bitcoin Accumulation
May 27, 2025--Transaction to raise up to $1.5 billion in total proceeds upon exercise of warrants, which would make Strive Asset Management one of the largest Bitcoin treasury companies.
The combined company will continue to have no outstanding debt for borrowed money after this financing.
Strive CEO Matt Cole to discuss the company's proposed alpha-generating Bitcoin strategies during his 11:54 AM PT keynote on May 27, 2025 at the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Asset Entities (Nasdaq: ASST) and Strive Asset Management today announced the signing of a $750 million private investment in public equity (PIPE), with an additional $750 million in potential financing upon the exercise of warrants, which could increase total potential proceeds to $1.5 billion.

May 21, 2025-The Addition of Physical Copper to the Sprott Copper Miners ETF (COPP) Will Make COPP the Only1 ETF to Provide Investment Exposure to Physical Copper
Sprott Asset Management USA, Inc. today announced that, effective June 23, 2025, the Sprott Copper Miners ETF (COPP) will include an allocation to physical copper.
This change will make COPP the only1 ETF to provide exposure to physical copper and the only1 ETF to provide pure-play2 exposure to large-, mid- and small-cap copper miners.
The change will result from a modification to the Sprott Copper Miners ETF's underlying index, the Nasdaq Sprott Copper MinersTM Index (NSCOPPTM). At its scheduled June semi-annual rebalance, effective at the market open on June 23, the index will add a 4.75% allocation to physical copper via the inclusion of the Sprott Physical Copper Trust, the world's first and only physical copper investment fund.3

Franklin Templeton to Convert 10 Putnam Municipal Bond Mutual Funds to ETFs
May 19, 2025--These conversions will offer the same municipal bond strategies with the structural features of an ETF
Franklin Templeton today announced plans to convert 10 Putnam municipal bond mutual funds into exchange-traded funds (ETFs), marking a significant expansion of its municipal bond ETF lineup following the acquisition of Putnam Investments in January 2024.
The conversions are expected to be completed between the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.
The funds selected, which will become part of the Franklin Templeton ETF platform, include:
Putnam California Tax Exempt Income Fund
Putnam Massachusetts Tax Exempt Income Fund
Putnam Minnesota Tax Exempt Income Fund
