Ultimus Assists Nightview Capital in Seamless Conversion of a Private Fund into the Firm's First ETF Under Section 351
March 25, 2025-Firm selects Ultimus to support the launch of the Nightview Fund
Ultimus Fund Solutions (Ultimus), a leading provider of comprehensive fund services, is pleased to announce its partnership with Nightview Capital to assist with the successful tax-free conversion of a private investment fund that Nightview Capital sponsored and advised into The Nightview Fund, an actively managed equity exchange-traded fund (ETF).
The conversion of the private fund into an ETF under Section 351 was executed seamlessly with the help of Ultimus' experienced team. As a result of the successful Section 351 conversion, investors in the Nightview private fund received shares in the ETF equal in value to their respective holdings in the private fund, with no tax consequence from the transaction.

Brompton Announces the Launch of Canada's First Split Corp. Class A Share ETF
March 21, 2025-Brompton Funds Limited (the "Manager") is pleased to announce that Brompton Split Corp. Class A Share ETF ("CLSA") will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") today. A final prospectus dated March 14, 2025 has been filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each province and territory in Canada.
The investment objectives of CLSA are to provide unitholders with: (a) attractive monthly distributions and (b) the opportunity for capital appreciation, primarily through investment in a portfolio of class A shares of split share corporations. CLSA will seek to achieve its investment objectives by primarily investing an actively managed portfolio of class A shares offered by Canadian split share corporations listed on a Canadian exchange.

Robinson Alternative Yield Pre-Merger SPAC ETF (SPAX) to Close
March 21, 2025- Tidal Financial Group and Robinson Capital Management, LLC announce the closure and liquidation of the Robinson Alternative Yield Pre-Merger SPAC ETF (NYSE Arca: SPAX). This decision follows a thorough evaluation and was determined to be in the best interests of the fund and its shareholders.
The ETF will cease trading on NYSE Arca at the close of regular trading on April 7, 2025 (the "Closing Date"). It will no longer accept purchase orders as of that date.

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC Launches Inverse VIX Short-Term Futures ETNs (NYSE Arca: VYLD)
March 20, 2025--JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC ("JPMorgan Financial") announced that today is the first day of trading on NYSE Arca for its Inverse VIX Short-Term Futures ETNs due March 22, 2045 under the ticker symbol "VYLD" (the "ETNs"). Any payment on the ETNs is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMorgan Chase" or the "Firm").
The ETNs seek to provide exposure to the daily returns of the S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures Points-Change Inverse Daily Index TR (the "Index"), subject to the daily investor fee deduction at a rate of 0.85% per annum. The ETNs will also be redeemable at the sole discretion of JPMorgan Financial on any trading day after March 21, 2025 until maturity.
