Diamond Hill Announces Launch of Active ETF DHLX
September 30, 2025-Diamond Hill, a boutique investment management firm with a long-term, valuation-disciplined approach across multiple asset classes, has completed the conversion of its mutual fund, the Large Cap Concentrated Fund, into an exchange-traded fund (ETF), the Large Cap Concentrated ETF (DHLX).
Structured as an active ETF, DHLX will expand Diamond Hill's equity offerings and provide a new vehicle for investors. The ETF also offers investors intraday liquidity and daily holdings transparency. DHLX intends to hold approximately 20 to 30 securities and will be managed by Austin Hawley, CFA.

SEC Issues Notice to Approve Dimensional's Application to Offer ETF Share Classes
September 29, 2025-The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a public notice that it intends to approve Dimensional's exemptive relief application to offer exchange-traded fund (ETF) and mutual fund share classes.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a public notice that it intends to approve Dimensional's exemptive relief application to offer exchange-traded fund (ETF) and mutual fund share classes.
Since filing for exemptive relief in July of 2023, Dimensional, the largest active ETF issuer in the US, has consistently advocated for the benefits that the share class structure could provide both mutual fund-class and ETF-class shareholders. Mutual fund-class shareholders could benefit through lower transaction costs and greater tax efficiency, while ETF-class shareholders could also benefit from more efficient rebalancing using mutual fund cash flows and lower total portfolio transaction costs, among other benefits of scale passed along to both sets of investors.

Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X"), the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced the launch of the Global X S&P 500 Christian Values ETF (CHRI), which aims to track an index that removes companies from the S&P 500 that do not adhere to the biblical values as outlined by Bountiful Financial, LLC's Christian Evangelical Framework.
The passively managed fund allows investors to invest in a broad basket of U.S. equities conforming to Christian guidelines, with the tax efficiency of an ETF.
CHRI tracks the S&P 500 Christian Values Screened Index, which implements Bountiful Financial's framework to ensure the fund remains aligned with Christian values while holding stocks within the S&P 500.

CFTC initiative to allow stablecoins as collateral in derivatives markets
September 23, 2025-US Commodity Futures Trading Commission acting chair Caroline Pham said her agency is looking to allow derivatives traders to post stablecoins and tokenized assets as collateral.
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission is looking to allow tokenized assets, including stablecoins, to be used in derivatives markets as collateral in a move supported by crypto executives.
CFTC acting chair Caroline Pham said on Tuesday that her agency will "work closely with stakeholders" on the scheme and is encouraging feedback on using tokenized collateral in derivatives markets until Oct. 20.
