Goldman Sachs Asset Management and T. Rowe Price Debut First Joint Product Offerings
December 15, 2025--Firms launch model portfolios designed to meet a range of investor needs
Goldman Sachs Asset Management and T. Rowe Price today announced the launch of co-branded model portfolios for the initial phase of the firms' joint product offerings. The models are the first products to come to market since the firms announced a strategic alliance in September.
Leveraging the firm's respective strengths,these collaboratively created model portfolios are tailored to meet the needs of advisors serving mass-affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Four of the model portfolios have debuted on the GeoWealth platform serving Registered Investment Advisors ("RIAs"). Through GeoWealth's flexible technology platform,RIAs can offer clients a full spectrum of diversified portfolios,utilizing mutual funds and ETFs. A fifth model portfolio is expected to launch in the first half of 2026,aiming to deliver flexible portfolios incorporating direct indexing and evergreen alternative funds for high-net-worth investors.

December 12, 2025-Following the recent press release dated December 12, 2025, Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. ("Harvest") is pleased to provide additional updates to the filing of a preliminary prospectus with the Canadian securities regulators for the Harvest Premium Yield Canadian Bank ETF ("HPYB") and the Harvest Premium Yield Enhanced ETF ("HPYE").
HPYB provides investors access to a Canadian Banks equity portfolio seeking long-term capital appreciation, on a levered basis, utilizing an active option strategy designed to provide steady cash distributions twice a month, while HPYE provides investors access to the same strategy and with cash distributions twice a month on a broad portfolio of equities. The amount and timing of the initial distribution per unit for HPYB and HPYE will be announced on listing date, subsequent to HPYB and HPYE completing the filing of the final prospectus and TSX listing approval.

Five Crypto Firms Win Initial Approvals as Trust Banks, Including Ripple, Circle, BitGo
December 12, 2025-The firms have obtained conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to convert into national trust banks.
What to know:
Crypto firms Circle, Ripple, Fidelity Digital Assets, BitGo and Paxos received conditional approval by the OCC to become federally chartered trust banks.
The move sets up firms to follow in the footsteps of Anchorage Digital, the first to get a federal bank trust charter in the U.S.
A slew of stablecoin issuers and crypto firms, including Coinbase, filed for federal oversight after GENIUS Act was written into law.
Five digital asset firms have received conditional approvals Friday to become federally chartered trust banks by the Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC) in a major step to bring U.S. dollar stablecoin issuers under federal regulatory oversight.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management today announced the launch of the JPMorgan 100% U.S. Treasury Securities Money Market ETF (JMMF) on the NYSE Arca.
